- If a player wants to represent Government Services or Mercantile Sector or Higher Education Institute, the player should inform the event organizer before the event.
- The player should have proper approval from the relevant organization for representing Government Services or Mercantile Sector/Higher Education Sector.
- There should be a minimum of 3 players from the same Organization/Institute to claim a team prize
- Any number of players can represent the same Organization/Institute
-If one Organization/Institute, registering two teams for the event, it needs to be informed beforehand.
-All participants will be provided a participation certificate & each player is entitled to be considered for a single prize
